This appears to be a fake cover. The image of Iron Man is from the cover of Avengers #4 & Capt. America is from Avengers #25. The fire is a reversed image from Journey Into Mystery #120 and the picture of Norman Osborne looks like Steve Ditko art. I didn't waste any more time looking for the Thor shot.
