Paramount Buys Spec Script Described as "DIE HARD on an Alien Spaceship"

Many scripts and pitches are sold in Hollywood every week, yet only a select few ever make it from an executive’s desk to the silver screen. Here’s hoping we eventually see the latest from SNAKES ON A PLANE writer John Heffernan!

Heffernan has sold a science fiction action script to Paramount which Variety describes as “DIE HARD on an alien spaceship."

Add this to the list of “man, do I wish I thought of that one” premises.

If I may suggest just one line of dialog: “Yippee Kay Yay, Glorpsnob!” (You see, Glorpsnob is an insult in the alien’s language... It’ll make more sense when you see the movie, right Heffernan?).
