Jon Hamm is more than just that guy from Mad Men. Now he'll be playing baseball with a Million Dollar Arm.
Tracking-Board reports that Hamm has picked up the role of J.B. Bernstein in a new baseball movie from Disney called Million Dollar Arm. In the film based on the true story of the sports agent and his trip to India.
Thomas McCarthy wrote the script about the man who though he could scout cricket bowlers for baseball pitchers. After bringing two teenagers back to the States, he taught the kids English, baseball and American culture. Eventually Rinku Singh and Dinesh Patel both ended up playing for the Pittsburgh Pirates.
