In the English-language remake of Starbuck, Vince Vaughn is looking to play the lead role.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Ken Scott will be directing the new remake for DreamWorks. Scott, who also wrote the French-Canadian original from 2011 will work again with Andre Rouleau who produced the comedy.
The story revolves around a middle-aged man who through sperm donations ends up being the father of 533 children. He has to choose whether or not to reveal his identity after hundreds of the kids decide they want to meet their real father.
Vaughn’s next starring role is in the sci-fi action comedy The Watch which used to be called Neighborhood Watch. You can see him alongside Ben Stiller and Jonah Hill on July 27th.
