Norah Ephron (1941-2012)

Nora Ephron, writer of When Harry Met Sally

Author, screenwriter and director Nora Ephron passed away Tuesday evening from pneumonia brought on by acute myeloid leukemia.

Among her vast body of work are the screenplays for Silkwood, Heartburn, When Harry Met Sally…, My Blue Heaven and the films which she both wrote and directed including This Is My Life, Sleepless in Seattle, Mixed Nuts, Michael, You’ve Got Mail and most recently, Julie & Julia.
