Men at Work: The Complete First Season

Get your daily dose of menspiration in this laugh-out-loud comedy series created by writer and director Breckin Meyer (Road Trip, TV’s Franklin & Bash). Irreverent and outrageously funny, Men At Work: The Complete First Season follows the misadventures of Milo (Danny Masterson, TV’s That ’70s Show), Neal (Adam Busch, TV’s Buffy the Vampire Slayer), Tyler (Michael Cassidy, Argo) and Gibbs (James Lesure, TV’s Las Vegas), four sex-obsessed employees at a Manhattan-based men’s magazine who have each other’s backs as they mate, date and relate to women.  Extras include Outtakes and Deleted Scenes.

Miss Fisher’s Murder Mysteries 1

In 1920s Melbourne, the Honorable Phryne Fisher (Essie Davis, Girl with a Pearl Earring) is a thoroughly modern woman operating in a mostly male world. The glamorous “lady detective” goes about her work with a pistol close at hand—and, more often than not, a male admirer even closer.  To the dismay of Detective Inspector Jack Robinson (Nathan Page, The Secret Life of Us), Phryne’s investigations take her through back alleys, jazz clubs, and shady neighborhoods. Ignoring the dangers all around her, she glides through life determined to enjoy every moment. But beneath her devil-may-care attitude, Phryne hides ghosts from the past that continue to haunt her.  Gorgeously costumed and evocatively shot, Miss Fisher’s Murder Mysteries also stars Hugo Johnstone-Burt (Cloudstreet), Ashleigh Cummings (Tomorrow, When the War Began), Miriam Margolyes (Little Dorrit), and Nicholas Bell (Shine). Miranda Otto (The Lord of the Rings) guest stars.  Based on the best-selling novels by Australian writer Kerry Greenwood.  Extras include behind the scenes clips and featurettes.

Mystery Science Theater 3000: XXVI

For this 26th volume of MST3K, an introduction could well be pared down to “one cult TV series with two guys, two robots, four movies and 10,000 jokes.” This new collection of previously unreleased episodes picks up where the last 25 left off – seating you next to the funniest peanut gallery in television history. It’s a deep dive into the human instinct for survival, where our warped warriors aboard the Satellite of Love find the funny in the tragic… or at least the cheesy. In fact, it’s not too hyperbolic to insist that what Joel, Mike, Tom Servo and Crow T. Robot do, as they defend up against the slings and arrows of outrageously unfortunate movies, is nothing less than keep us sane.  Includes the classic episodes The Magic Sword, Alien From L.A., Danger!! Death Ray, and The Mole People.  Extras include Bert I. Gordon: The Amazing Colossal Filmmaker, Interview With Alien From L.A. Director Albert Pyun, Of Mushrooms And Madmen: Making The Mole People, Life After MST3K: Mike Nelson, MST Hour Wraps, 4 Exclusive Mini Posters By Artist Steve Vance.  Final assessment: One Joel, Three Mikes.

A Royal Affair

A Royal Affair is the true story of an ordinary man who wins the queen’s heart and starts a revolution. Centering on the intriguing love triangle between the ever more insane Danish King Christian VII (Mikkel Boe Følsgaard), the royal physician who is a man of enlightenment and idealism Struensee (Mads Mikkelsen) and the young but strong Queen Caroline Mathilda (Alicia Vikander), A Royal Affair is the gripping tale of brave idealists who risk everything in the pursuit of freedom for their people… and above all, it is the story of a passionate and forbidden romance that changed an entire nation. Extras include a royal family tree, cast interviews, portraits and biographies and a theatrical trailer.

Star Wars Lego: The Empire Strikes Out

Your favorite characters are back to save the galaxy in LEGO Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Out. The heroes of the Rebel Alliance including heroic Luke Skywalker, swaggering Han Solo and steadfast Princess Leia have no time to celebrate their victory over the Empire as a new Imperial threat arises. But as Jedi-in-training Luke embarks on this next mission, he discovers that his celebrity status as a “Death-Star-Blower-Upper” can be a double-edged lightsaber when he’s constantly mobbed by crazed fans. So much for secret missions! Meanwhile, Darth Vader and Darth Maul are locked in a hilarious “Sith-ling” rivalry as they compete for the Emperor’s approval. It’s an action-packed comic adventure that’s out of this world! Extras include a Darth Vader with Medal mini-figure.

Well, the entire resort has now been rebuilt and redesigned to be completely fail-safe.  To combat the lingering adverse publicity, Duffy, the Delos representative, has offered the IMC Communication Network exclusive rights to the “new” Delos story. Tracy Ballard (Blythe Danner), the network’s top commentator, has been assigned the story with Chuck Browning (Peter Fonda), the newspaper reporter who broke the original “Westworld” disaster story.  But as Tracy and Chuck’s private tour starts, they get the feeling the entire resort might not be as safe as Delos thinks…  Extras include Theatrical Trailer, Radio Spots and Still Gallery.

Stand Off

Bangkok Revenge

Vengeance Is Coming. Manit (Jon Foo, Tekken, Street Fighter Legacy) was only ten years old when they killed his parents. A brutal, thoughtless murder, which included putting a bullet in his own brain. They should have finished the job. Rescued from death by a master of Muay Thai boxing, and afflicted with ataraxia – a brain injury that removes all human emotion – Manit has spent his life training to be a killing machine. It’s 20 years later, and he’s coming for them all. With fists, feet, and bloody vengeance, he’s going to make them wish they were dead already.

Day of the Falcon

To find peace after a long and bloody war, two kings declared a large piece of desert, the Yellow Belt, neutral territory, which neither king can claim. But when it is discovered that there is oil in the Yellow Belt, one king breaks the peace treaty and begins drilling for oil. Now, the kings are at war again and it is up to a young prince to find a way to bring peace, and prosperity, to the land. Stars Antonio Banderas, Mark Strong, Freida Pinto, Tahar Rahim. Extras include The Making of Day of the Falcon: A 40-minute Documentary, Transforming the Desert: The Visual Effects of Day of the Falcon and From Storyboard-to-Screen.

Frankenstein Theory

From the makers of The Last Exorcism comes a boldly original vision of horror – The Frankenstein Theory. What if the most chilling novel of all time was actually based on a true account of a horrific experiment gone awry? When he is suspended from his university job for his outlandish ideas, Professor John Venkenheim leads a documentary film crew to the rim of the Arctic Circle in a desperate effort to vindicate his academic reputation. His theory: Mary Shelley’s ghastly story, Frankenstein, is, in fact, a work of non-fiction disguised as fantasy. In the vast, frozen wilderness, Venkenheim and his team search for the legendary monster, a creature mired in mystery and drenched in blood. What they find is an unspeakable truth more terrifying than any fiction – a nightmare from which there is no waking.

Sturges, Rex Harrison stars as Sir Alfred De Carter, a world-famous

an affair. During a concert, the jealous De Carter entertains elaborate
visions of vengeance, set to three separate orchestral works. But when
he attempts to put his murderous fantasies into action, nothing works
out quite as planned. A brilliantly performed mixture of razor-sharp
dialogue and uproarious slapstick, Unfaithfully Yours is a true classic from a grand master of screen comedy.
