Stream On: What’s New to Netflix for March 2018

The month of March brings forth a bunch of returning favorites as the streaming service giants restocks its virtual shelves with a bevy of long-awaited second seasons and tons of fan favorite flicks.

In the realm of feature films, franchises such as Ghostbusters, Cruel Intentions and The Descent climb their way out of the archives this spring.

Also on deck is Martin Scorsese’s classic Casino, family friendly mutt Benji, full frontal Forgetting Sarah Marshall, the brilliant Moon, and the comedy that launched a thousand Netflix specials: Wet Hot American Summer.

And before Marvel Studios’ completely cuts ties with Netflix to open up its own streaming service with it’s rodent overlord, we have the second season of Jessica Jones to keep us happy. Now with Killgrave behind (or rather, under) her, Jessica can finally get to the business of her detective agency, but the trauma of her past will probably keep her from reaching her full, snarky potential.

Yay.

Also this month is the Netflix limited series Collateral, starring Carey Mulligan in a conspiracy thriller whodunit set over four days in London.

Santa Clarita Diet also returns for a second season, and the awful, awful folks of Love return for a third and final pull at the heartstrings.
