Hi, what are you looking for?

General

A SONG ABOUT LEGOS…And It isn’t Sung By Five-Year Olds Either.

I have to say that whoever is in charge of Lego marketing has done a fine job over the last few years of bring the toy line back into the desires of children and adults alike.

It really is amazing to think that back in the early 2000s I was cursing their existence (having stepped on about a billion of them in my bare feet whenever I was babysitting my nephews) and now I’m willing to pay about $150 for a Lego Millennium Falcon.

Oh how the times have changed.

And now, people are singing about them like lovers.

Like the band USL, whose single Build, off their newest album Build Motherfucker (which I am assuming is some kind of reference to the act of using the colorful plastic do-hickeys to create scale models of buildings), is all about Legos.

Personally, I’m looking forward to a nice R&B ballad to the Monster High line of slut dolls someday soon myself.

Video after the break.
