My Week With Marilyn follows Colin Clark (Eddie Redmayne), an employee of Sir Laurence Oliver’s (Kenneth Branagh) as he documents the tense interaction between Olivier and Marilyn Monroe (Michelle Williams) during the production of The Prince and the Showgirl during the late 1950’s.

TV movie director Simon Curtis directed the film from an adapted screenplay by Adrian Hodges based on Colin Clark’s book of the same name.

The film also stars: Emma Watson (Harry Potter series, The Tale of Despereaux) , Julia Ormond (The Curious Case of Benjamin button, Legends of the Fall), Toby Jones (The Mist, W.), Dominic Copper (The Devil’s Double, Captain America: First Avenger), Judi Dench (Jane Eyre, Nine), Dougray Scott (Hitman, Mission: Impossible 2), and Derek Jacobi (Ironclad, The King’s Speech).

My Week With Marilyn will open in theaters on November 4.
