Hi, what are you looking for?

Well, the Farrelly Brothers (Hall Pass, Dumb and Dumber, There’s Something About Mary) have finally made their dream come true by making a feature film of The Three Stooges.

The first trailer for the film has arrived and to be honest it’s pretty awful. The slapstick comedy that The Three Stooges established way back when looks terrible in a modern setting and a cameo by The Jersey Shore’s Snooki should have never made it into the trailer… talk about a turn off.

Sean Hayes (The Bucket List, Will & Grace) Will Sasso (Life as We Know It, Southland Tales) and Chris Diamantopoulos (24, The Starter Wife) play The Three Stooges and they look and act the parts respectively, but that’s not enough to get me excited about this one. The film will be cut into three short films that will connect together not unlike the old show.

The film also stars Sofia Vergara (Modern Family, New Year’s Eve) Jane Lynch (Paul, Party Down, Role Models), Larry David (Curb Your Enthusiasm), Jennifer Hudson (The Secret Life of Bees, Sex and the City, Deamgirls), and Craig Bierko (The Change-Up, Cinderella Man, The Thirteenth Floor).

The Three Stooges will open in theaters on April 13, 2012.

Check out the full trailer after the break.
