Start your day with a delicious arc-reactor!
Ingredients:
4 large tomatoes
4 eggs
4 tsp olive oil
8 fresh basil leaves (or 4 tsp Italian seasoning)
8 tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese
Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper
8 tbsp fresh salsa

1. Core the tomatoes like you’re ripping the core from an arc reactor. Cut just enough so an egg fits snugly inside.
2. Spread 1 tbsp olive oil around the inside of each hollowed tomato.
3. Sprinkle the inside with kosher salt, fresh ground pepper.
4. Arrange two fresh basil leaves so they form an X at the bottom of each tomato (or sprinkle in 1 tsp Italian seasoning.)
5. Crack an egg into each tomato.
6. Bake at 400˚ F for 15 minutes.
7. Remove and carefully sprinkle the cheese around the perimeter of the egg. Make sure to leave the yolk bright and yellow at the center.
8. Bake for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
9. Spread 2 tbsp of fresh salsa on a plate. Arrange an egg in the middle.
10. Serve one to each supermodel who spent the night, along with a Bloody Mary and a nondisclosure agreement.
