JAMES BOND’S Lotus Esprit Submarine Car From ‘The Spy Who Loved Me’ Is Going Up For Auction…And Yes, It Works

In a Once-In-A-Lifetime-Opportunity, James Bond’s Lotus Esprit Series 1 Submarine Car (from The Spy Who Loved Me) is going up for auction September 8-9 and you can bid on it (if you happen to have loads of disposable cash laying around).

The car, which is still fully functional as a submarine and cost over $100,000 to build back in 1977 (and which is valued at around a half million today) will not only make diving down into the deep blue sea possible for one lucky bidder, it will also have the ability to seduce women into taking off their panties (I’m just guessing here, but it is James Bond’s car after-all).

Unfortunately, it doesn’t come with grappling hooks, weapons, missiles or any of the gadgets that make a Bond car a Bond car, but hell, it’s a frakking submarine so there’s no need to get picky (sheesh, you’re so hard to please sometimes).

If you are interested in becoming a bidder for this incredible car click HERE to register.

Otherwise, enjoy a scene from The Spy Who Loved Me to see the actual car being auctioned off in action.
