For those of you who have been waiting with bated breath for Mortal Kombat Legacy’s second season to drop, well enjoy breathing again, for the tale of people beating the shit out of other people is back and in this season it’s all about The Tournament (Yay!!!).
Now, just so you can prepare yourself, please be advised that there has been some casting changes: Michelle Lee is replacing Jolene Tran as Mileena, David Lee McInnis is taking over Raiden from Ryan Robbins, Eric Jacobus is now Stryker (who was played by Tahmoh Penikett) and Johnny Cage is now being embodied by none other than Casper Van Dein (originally dude-ified by Matt Mullins). Also, Jeri Ryan (Sonia Blade) and Michael Jai White (Jax Briggs) will not be making an appearance in Season 2 (although there is talk Ryan might make it back for season 3…I know, I know you’ll just have to slip Michelle Lee into the spank bank instead).
If you are unfamiliar with what the hell it is I’m talking about, you can binge watch all nine episodes of Mortal Kombat Legacy season 1 HERE (they are only 8-11 minutes each, so you can do that in your cubicle, no problem) and then get in on all the beat down, stabbing, beheading action of season 2 starting today.
It’s a glorious world we live in, isn’t it?
First episode of season two after the break.
