Stream On: What’s New To Netflix For July 2018

Netflix in July is about saying hello to a bunch of old familiar strangers as many favorite films return to the streaming service giant just as the weather heats up.

Fantasy romps such as Chocolat, Finding Neverland, Penelope and The Princess Diaries offer a few reasons to stay indoors with the air conditioner cranked up (but to be fair, Van Helsing is more than enough reason to attempt to brave the heat).

For the horror hounds who like their boogeymen with little bit of a comedic bite, there is The Voices. If you want your boogeyman with just plain old regular bite, there is Interview with The Vampire.

And if you want to get really, really, really depressed, there is Blue Valentine.

On the originals front, a new season of Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee offers freshly brewed comedy findings of comedians over the age of 55 who cruise around town with funny folks while sipping java.

Also new from Netflix is The Legacy of the Whitetail Deer, starring Josh Brolin and Danny McBride as good old boy hunting buddies. Brought to you by the fine makers of Vice-Principals.

Want more? The streaming service also serves up it’s adaptation of the fourth-grade mandatory reading event White Fang. The animated movie stars Nick Offerman, Rashida Jones and Paul Giamatti.

And finally, the sixth season of Orange is the New Black rolls out on July 27 to hopefully resolve all those pesky cliffhangers.
