Amazon Prime is taking the show(s) on the road as they bring their latest offerings to San Diego Comic-Con.
At SDCC, the streaming service will offer the nerd herd the Amazon Prime Video Experience which will celebrate the debut of new shows The Boys and Carnival Row, and returning favorites like The Man in the High Castle and The Expanse. The Experience will offer get-togethers, snack breaks, premieres and sneak peeks, celebs, and more.
Located on the corner of MLK and 1st, the Amazon Prime Video Experience will pull in crowds with their 40-foot tower of screenings offering clips of Amazon Prime shows, as well as the occasional live performance.
Inside the tower, guests will experience an immersive event in which they are given coins to fully explore the activation. From exploring crime scenes from The Boys to checking out spaceships from The Expanse, Amazon Prime will offer an impressive event for anyone looking for alternatives to Hall H and the convention floor.
The Experience also offers a change to check out The Forbidden Lounge, a Victorian oasis that offers unique entertainment, as well as a chance to learn more about Carnival Row.
Under the tented awning there will be food and beverages for those who need a small break in the chaos.
The Amazon Prime Video Experience will be open from Thursday, July 18 through Sunday, July 21, with a preview day open to press on Wednesday, July 17.
