HBO’s Lovecraft Country Teaser Trailer
HBO has released the official teaser for the upcoming horror drama series, Lovecraft Country, based on the 2016 novel by Matt Ruff. Executive produced by J.J. Abrams and Jordan Peele and debuting this August.
The series follows Atticus Freeman (Jonathan Majors) as he joins up with his friend Letitia (Jurnee Smollett-Bell) and his Uncle George (Courtney B. Vance) to embark on a road trip across 1950s Jim Crow America in search of his missing father (Michael Kenneth Williams). This begins a struggle to survive and overcome both the racist terrors of white America and the terrifying monsters that could be ripped from a Lovecraft paperback.
Celebrities Share Their Psychedelic Experiences in Netflix’s Have A Good Trip Trailer
Netflix has released the official trailer for their newest documentary film titled Have A Good Trip: Adventures in Psychedelics, featuring celebrities including Adam Scott, Sarah Silverman, Sting, A$AP Rocky, and Ben Stiller as they share their trippy experiences with getting high on drugs. The film will be available for streaming on Monday, May 11.
Have A Good Trip: Adventures in Psychedelics is a documentary featuring comedic tripping stories from A-list actors, comedians, and musicians. Star-studded reenactments and trippy animations bring their surreal hallucinations to life. Mixing comedy with a thorough investigation of psychedelics, Have A Good Trip explores the pros, cons, science, history, future, pop-cultural impact, and cosmic possibilities of hallucinogens. The film tackles the big questions: Can psychedelics have a powerful role in treating depression, addiction, and helping us confront our own mortality? Are we all made of the same stuff? Is love really all we need? Can trees talk?
The docufilm will feature Adam Scott (Parks and Recreation), Nick Offerman (Devs), Sarah Silverman (Wreck-It Ralph), Ad-Rock of Beastie Boys, Rosie Perez (Birds of Prey), A$AP Rocky (Dope), Paul Scheer (The League), Nick Kroll (Big Mouth), and Rob Corddry (Hot Tub Time Machine). It will also include Ben Stiller, David Cross Donovan, Natasha Lyonne, Reggie Watts, Sting, Will Forte, and many more.
NBC Releases A Parks and Recreation Special on YouTube
A day after the surprise reunion episode of the beloved NBC sitcom, the network has released the full A Parks and Recreation Special onto YouTube for free featuring the return of everybody’s favorite characters from Pawnee, Indiana.
In addition to NBC releasing the full episode, Ben Schwartz (Sonic the Hedgehog) took to Twitter to share the extended cut of his Jean-Ralphio segment.

Hulu’s Crossing Swords Trailer Released
Hulu has released the first teaser for their upcoming adult animated stop-motion series titled Crossing Swords, featuring our first look at medieval comedy which stars Nicholas Hoult as a good-hearted peasant named Patrick who suddenly gets caught up in the craziness of kingdom. The series will be available for streaming on June 12.
Crossing Swords follows the story of Patrick, a good hearted peasant who lands a coveted squire position at the royal castle. However, his dream job quickly turns into a nightmare when he learns his beloved kingdom is run by a hornet’s nest of horny monarchs, crooks and charlatans. Even worse, Patrick’s valor made him the black sheep in his family, and now his criminal siblings have returned to make his life hell. War, murder, full frontal nudity—who knew brightly colored peg people led such exciting lives?
The series will feature the voices of Nicholas Hoult (X-Men: Days of Future Past, The Great), Luke Evans (The Hobbit), Frank Welker (Scooby-Doo), Breckin Meyer (Robot Chicken), Tony Hale (Toy Story 4), Hynden Walch (Adventure Time), Adam Pally (Happy Endings), Adam Ray (She-Ra and the Princesses of Power), Grey Griffin (The Fairly OddParents, Avatar: The Last Airbender, The Loud House) and Jessica DiCicco (Adventure Time).
Warner Bros. Home Entertainment has revealed the star-studded voice cast of their newest DC animated film titled Superman: Man of Tomorrow with Golden Globe winner Darren Criss (American Crime Story) set to lend his voice to the Man of Steel. The movie is expected to debut on digital, 4K Ultra and Blu-ray sometime this summer.
Superman: Man of Tomorrow will follow Clark Kent working as an intern for the Daily Planet and learning on the job how to save the city of Metropolis. Joining Criss are Zachary Quinto (American Horror Story) and Alexandra Daddario (San Andreas) for the roles of Lex Luthor and Lois Lane, respectively.
The film will also see the appearance of DC villains Lobo and Parasite/ Rudy Jones which will be voiced by Ryan Hurst (Sons of Anarchy, The Walking Dead) and Brett Dalton (Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D), respectively. In addition, the cast will also include Ike Amadi as Martian Manhunter, Neil Flynn as Jonathan Kent, and Bellamy Young as Martha Kent.
