Art by Rafa Sandoval

This is the end to the “Flash Age” storyline. This story has been great and this is an excellent final chapter. Writer Joshua Williamson really knows what he is doing and he completely hits all of the right notes with this issue.
The issue starts off with a bunch of people talking about what the Flash means to them. It is a strong and poignant opening scene and the creative team really work their magic here. The dialogue is nice and the artwork by the underrated Rafa Sandoval is perfectly executed. It is a nice start to the book.
Then, we get a nice cut to a battle already in progress!
The Flash, Godspeed and the Reverse Flash are squaring off against the villainous Paradox. They are having a hell of a time too in this fight; Paradox is out of control. This is a great start to this finale.
Can Barry stop Paradox and repair the damage that the villain has already done?
Barry tries to get Godspeed to listen to his commands. The Reverse Flash hates it!
There is a lot of drama and things get even worse.
This all leads into a big conclusion. It also sets the stage for Williamson’s upcoming departure from the book.
This is a great issue. It also promises a big conclusion coming up. I can’t wait. It looks like its going to be great.
